Our staff
David Serna, CEO of Alpha Capital, has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 2018. After earning a Finance degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio, he spent several years acquiring and selling investment properties throughout the greater San Antonio area. With over 200 transactions completed under his leadership, David transitioned to actively purchasing investment properties for his own portfolio. His extensive experience includes flipping properties, managing rental properties, overseeing Airbnbs, and executing a wide range of residential investment strategies.
