Our staff
David Serna, CEO, of Alpha Capital has been working in Real Estate since 2018.
After completing a Finance degree at The University of Texas in San Antonio, he worked for a couple of years in
acquiring and selling Investment properties in the greater San Antonio area. After 200+ transactions under his tenure,
He delved into actively buying investment properties himself. He has flipped, held rentals, managed Air B&B's
and has experience with pretty much every type of residential investment strategy.
